I use this app almost every day. I have found it key to maintaining my phone. Good job.

I use this app several times a week to manage the family plan. It is a really good substitute for the desktop web app

VZ Tech gave me a 800# to call because he refused to assist me. The person on the other end of the 800# was a hacker. A fraud investigation is continuing. Horrible service and a waste of money.

I find that in a pinch its quite useful, hence my 5 stars :-)

Works every time

iOS does battery monitoring and storage overview. Find my iPhone locates lost devices. Why create a whole app for redundant features?

Keeps viruses off the phone

A good app doesnt need to ask me every time i open it to rate it. 2 stars bc it works and u lost 3 stars for being annoying and begging for reviews/rates.

A little too early to give a full review. But opens well, no delays, accurate info and I first thought I didnt need it, until someone tried to log on to my account.

Valuable app that helps me reach out to tech support at any time and also analyzes my home to ensure I am up to date and have no viruses.

Works well; having the battery check on hand is a valuable asset.

I have never had a problem until just today I was showing a customer the app & it wouldnt give me the call or chat buttons. All it says is call tech support for help...

There is not a button to call/chat customer support! Whats the point of a customer support app with no customer support?

Would be a zero if it was an option!! This app will not let you use its best features as an iPhone user, ie. Virus protection. Get battery Doctor instead, you wont be disappointed! I deleted it as soon as I realized its limited use, I can do everything it does within the iPhone itself, easily and without an app that wastes space, drains my battery and is just worthless.
