This app is truly nifty and useful. I think that everyone should have this tool. In fact, I think that all Smartphones used through a Verizon carrier should come with this app preloaded.

Very appreciative for the fact that Verizon offers this for their customers.

Easier to get a hold of someone verses calling and waiting on hold for nobody to ever pick up.

Whomever wrote this piece of junk should be fired. Doesnt display properly and no easy way to make a claim. Typical insurance company antics of making the process of filing a claim difficult.

This is a very good app for trouble shooting your phone or tablet. It even tells you when your battery will run out and you have direct phone or text contact with a live Technition. Im recommend the phone option because you will then have one person working your case rather than one person switching between multiple support calls.

Being new to cellular phones of any kind, I find this app tremendously helpful. Thank you for providing this service.

This app may be useful for a smart-phone novice. There is not really much there, there.

You can use iCloud to find your lost phone. This app will monitor your location constantly draining your battery. Why use this when Apple already provides a service for locating your lost Phone. The app also wants to access your photos to tell you how much space they are using. You can just go to settings and look at how much space photos are using, without giving Verizon access to your them! This app is useless, I feel like Verizon made it just to track their customers location and look at their photos!

When on the main screen, the app is blank. There is no way to click to call or chat with Verizon. I can view other parts of battery life and locate but the help is missing. The most important part. I went into a corporate location of Verizon and all staff who had an iPhone had same issue. It doesnt work with iPhones. I tried calling VZ about the issue and they have reset my phone 3x thinking it was my phone. Its not. Its the app.

Why wont it let me write a review - why only 26 people using Verizon

Worked when my girl lost her phone. Took her right back to it.

For some reason my Verizon Cloud will say its backing up but anything after November 2015 wont back up it will say its done backing up but nothing after November 2015 is backed up and I have plenty of space left for it to be backed.
