Wife, son, & I updated to iPhone 6S. Loaded VZ on all phones. Call Support icon does nothing then disappears from the screen. Looks like others are reporting like issues. When will this be corrected?

App does nothing for me....absolutely nothing. Thanks.

The call and chat options are not there. I have the feature on my account. I can look at the location and battery and all the other features but that part doesnt work.

I use the app to confirm battery life, dont pay attention to the hints.

The option to call tech support directly from the home screen of the ap no longer works as of about a month ago. And I used to be able to see data usage in my notifications when I swiped down from any screen and that isnt there anymore either.

Wow! You must have Verizon as your carrier?!! Note to self and anyone else who has Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T and others you cant use it unless you have a Verizon number!!! Super mad

Needed help for malware and tech coach gives me this app shady app

On iPhone 6s it doesnt open at all. Even after they updated it.

Upgraded to the 6S and now the app doesnt work... FIX NOW!!!

Crashes as soon as it opens. Uninstalling.

App installs but no Support & Protection is available. Not even showing up within the app.

I just upgraded to the iPhone 6s and the app wont open in iOS 9.0.2.

Doesnt give any more information that You cant locate on the phone elsewhere. Waste of time and space
